Christ’s Disciples Girl School create history for Nongstoin

NONGSTOIN, May 31:
With the results of the MBOSE examinations out, Christ’s Disciples Secondary School Nongstoin has a greater reason to cheer because for the first time in the history of Nongstoin a girls’ only school recorded a hundred percent pass result this year.
All nine girls that appeared in the exams cleared the exams with flying colors. The damsels Ibamon Marngar, Bandarilin Marngar, Aidianghun Marngar, Ibandarilin Marngar, Blessimary Marngar, Kyntiewnam Marngar, Ibashisha Wahlang, Benolin Nongdkhar and Rupatylli Khardewsaw secured a unanimous second division in the exams.
The school felicitated all nine achievers in a function at the school premises on Thursday. The Secretary of the Managing Committee of the School, D Marbaniang was the Chief Guest at the occasion. He presented all the achievers with ceremonial shawls and a memento each.
He also wished them the best in all aspects of their lives and wished that they bring more laurels in future for the District and the state as a whole.
