SHILLONG, April 02: Langsning FC will be having a greater test on Wednesday when they take on former Kolkata giant Mohammedan Sporting Club in their second match of the first leg of the 2nd division I-League final round here at Bangalore Football Stadium.
Langsning FC, in their first match lost to Mumbai Tigers by a solitary goal. “It will very crucial match for us we need to win points in order to boost the morale of the boys” said Langsning coach L. Darlong.
SHILLONG, April 01: The I-League returns to Shillong, when Shillong Lajong Football Club hosts Santosh Kashyap’s side ONGC on April 07, which will be played under the newly inaugurated floodlights at the JN Stadium Shillong at 5 PM.
This will mark the first I-league home game under lights for Shillong Lajong FC and its thousands of supporters, who are expected to come out in large numbers to support their home Club.

In their last tie at Bangalore on Saturday Rangajied were held by Kolkata’s Southern Samity 1-1. It was Rangajied who scored first in the 30th minute but they conceded a equalizer in the 50th minute.
SHILLONG, March 31: Shillong Lajong FC came from behind to hold the Mariners to a much deserved and stupendous 2-2 draw in the 22nd round of the I-League which was played out at the Kalyani Stadium on Thursday. It was a brilliant display of football by the visiting Reds ,who came from behind twice in the match to have a share of the spoils.
Mohun Bagan started off as the better side but more opportunities came Lajong’s way and were the dominant side as they came out looking to turn things around. The host could have taken the lead in the 26th minute but were unlucky when Nabi’s header went to the far post courtesy a Nirmal Chettri cross.
