Sporting Clube de Goa earned full points as they beat host Shillong Lajong FC by a solitary goal in the 22nd round match of the I-League here at JN Sports Complex. With the result of the game position of the team remain unchanged.

Sikkim Utd stun Wahingdoh finding the net twice

SHILLONG, March 30:
A goal each from Chencho and Karim helped surprise Baichung Bhutia co-owned United Sikkim Wahingdoh with 2 goals in the Sikkim leg of the final phase of the 2nd Division I-League on Friday.
With this loss Wahingdoh are in the second place with 13 points next to ONGC who have got 14 from seven matches. United Sikkim is in the third place with 13 points as they are weak in goal average.

Shillong plays host to Sporting Clube De Goa

SHILLONG,March 30:
Shillong Lajong FC will look forward to pocket full points as they host Sporting Clube de Goa on Saturday afternoon before an expected ten thousand plus fans.
Sporting Clube de Goa, who are enjoying the number eight spot in the points tally, are morally up beat after they held Churchill Brothers in their 21-Round tie last week, while Lajong are in the number ten spot with 27 points against their kitty.

Wahingdoh beat Aizwal 3-0

Shillong, March 25:
Royal Wahingdoh FC beat Aizwal FC 3-0 in last match of the Siliguri phase of the Second Division I-League match played at Kanchenjunga Stadium on Sunday evening.
With this win Wahingdoh now have collected 10 points from six matches and are placed in the fourth place. In the Sikkim phase they will face group leader United Sikkim on March 30.
In Sunday’s win Jackiechand Singh stroke twice in the 30 and 75 minute of the game while Kima contributed one goal in the 68.
“Boys played very well and Aizwal too is a good side” coach Carlton Chapman said when contacted.
