Gold’s Gym to bring standardization: Ampareen

SHILLONG, Sep 04: Speaking during the inauguration of Gold’s Gym here on Monday, IPR Minister, Dr M Ampareen Lyngdoh said that having a fitness centre with trained instructors will help people who had so far been doing workouts, Zumba and such at home haphazardly without any proper guidance.
Lauding the efforts of the franchisee in bringing the world renowned gym to the city of Shillong, the Minister hoped that many people will be drawn into health and wellness.
