NONGPOH, Jan 03: It was a moment of joy for the people of Mawpyrhut village on December 31 last year as they witnessed the inauguration of a motorable road of 2 km from Nongmahir- Mawpyrhut village under Nongpoh Constituency.
This motorable road was constructed by the MDC scheme through the 13 Finance Commission at an estimated amount of Rs 6 Lakhs.

Imparting training on every Saturday and Sunday, the dancing centre trains children and youths in-between the age of 5 – 20 years in six dancing styles – Salsa, Hip – hop, contemporary, Bhangra, classic, and Hollywood.
